Zee (as he is known to his friends, family and clients) is married to a lovely wife and has three beautiful daughters. He has lived and worked in Simi Valley for the past 25 years.
In 1991 the real estate market began to collapse, and Zee had eight homes suddenly go into foreclosure. He was facing financial disaster. He immediately began negotiating with his lenders, got them to work with him, and ultimately was able to turn a very negative situation into a very positive & lucrative situation. His equity and financial future were saved.
Then he realized he was not the only one in need of support when facing foreclosure, so he began a quest to seek out other families in crisis to represent them. Over 25 years later, he has personally helped hundreds of families, their equity and their financial future.
Zee holds a degree in Marketing and Real Estate Development. He is an active member in his community, involved in youth sports, education, children’s reading programs and local charities. He is a graduate of the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2002.
